Corporate  Our People | Health and Safety Policy Warmer Energy Services, has been established as an entity for over 20 years, registering as a limited company over a decade ago following the explosion in demand for the installation of gas central heating systems as part of the Government’s Decent Homes Initiative and Warmfront Schemes. The formation of Housing Consortia has greatly influenced the rate of our growth and importantly our continually improving method of delivery. Working in Partnership through collaborative working arrangements forms the foundation upon which we feel our continued growth will be realised. Housing Consortia and Warmfront works have educated Warmer Energy Services to develop an approach that now incorporates key fundamentals to ensure the effective delivery of gas central heating and other planned installation works, including, but are not limited to the following: • Employment of local labour; • Equality and diversity; • Health and safety management; • Employee development and training; • Equal opportunities; • Supply chain management; • Environmental impact; • Collaborative working. As the Decent Homes programme and Warmfront schemes begin to reduce in scale, Warmer Energy Services has recognised a need to change and adapt with the market conditions, and although the works may be slightly different, the habits learned following the successful delivery of such schemes remain. In addition to our core activity of delivering domestic and commercial heating, Warmer Energy Services now provides a wide range of Renewable services, including: • Air Source Heat Pumps; • Ground Source Heat Pumps; • Solar Thermal; • Solar PV; • Electric Heating; • External Wall Insulation; • Loft Insulation; • Cavity Wall Insulation; • Fuel Switching. Over the past few years we have become heavily engaged in the delivery of CESP and CERT Funding Projects and work closely in partnership with our RSL clients and Funding Partners. In the coming years we aim to deliever projects under ECO (Energy Company Obligation) funding to deliver Carbon savings and most importantly - warmer homes for our clients.
