The Halton CESP project has been my first experience of working with Warmer Energy Services and I must say it has been an absolute pleasure. That’s not to say that there haven’t been ups and downs along the way but where there have been the very odds few downs, all the staff have been really efficient at dealing with any queries, and problems have been resolved or responded to the very same day.

The team always go the extra mile to ensure that the whole community benefit from the works - even for home owners who no longer live in the area. Warmer Energy Services have also helped Riverside greatly by promoting and publicising Riversides Affordable Warmth Service and the free Home Energy Checks that Riverside are offering all householders, including tenants and residents, who want to be part of the Energy Saving Projects. I am looking forward to working alongside Warmer Energy Services on future energy efficiency projects, which again will benefit both tenants and residents as Green Deal/ECO takes off.

It was through careful planning and assiduous attention to detail to a risk assessment that concentrated on maintaining a safe working environment for the workers; which enabled me to navigate safely around the home.

This multi-layered approach that Warmer Energy Services employ, concentrating on assessing the risk to disabled tenants, proved to be a positive process rather than a generic clinical appraisal. This procedure should be adopted as a template when dealing with risk assessments, one that is both empathic and practical.

I would also like to thank all the Warmer Energy Services staff for their great endeavours to do the installation in as short time as practically possible; while considering my specific needs. I am acutely aware of all the rigorous planning, commitment, determination on the part of the staff/workmen to make this installation procedure as uncomplicated and as stress-free as possible.
