Health and Safety Policy
In keeping with our strong safety culture, Warmer Energy Services is committed to providing and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment. All of our activities are carried out in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant statutory provisions and approved codes of practice.
Through the documentation, implementation and maintenance of an OH&S management system, developed in line with BS OHSAS 18001:2007, we recognise and embrace our duty to protect the health and safety of staff, visitors, contractors, temporary workers, and members of the public who might be affected by our operations.
The policy is endorsed and implemented by our Managing Director, and Staff throughout the Company, who ensure that occupational health and safety considerations are given priority in the planning and day-to-day operation of work.
The Managing Director has overall responsibility for OH&S within Warmer Energy Services and adopts and encourages a positive and proactive attitude towards health and safety. It is recognised by all within the company that health and safety at work is the responsibility of each and every individual.
It is the duty of each employee and any contractor to co-operate in carrying out their duties and to ensure that their own work, so far as it reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves or others.
Warmer Energy Services ensures that every employee is provided with the training and resources necessary to carry out their tasks safely. Employees and contractors have a responsibility to report immediately any situation which could jeopardise the well being of themselves or any other person. In its commitment to prevent injury and ill health, and to continually improve OH&S performance and management, Warmer Heating aims to:-
- Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;
- Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety;
- Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
- Ensure safe handling and use of substances;
- Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees;
- Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks,

- To ensure all employees, people who undertake work on behalf of the company and other affected and interested parties are kept safe and healthy.
