Warmer Energy Services to offer refit works under CESP to private households in Bootle |
On Friday 26th October 2012, Warmer Energy Services took to the community of Bootle Merseyside, to meet and greet with private residents to inform them of funding streams available for home improvements, such as new boilers or heating systems.
Phil Warren and Matthew Thomas fronted the event which was held at St Leonards Community hall, peel road Bootle, and provided residents with valuable information which is at no cost at all to them.
The funding available is via a government scheme called CESP, (Community Energy Saving Programme) which requires gas and electricity suppliers and electricity generators to deliver energy saving measures to domestic consumers in specific low income areas of Great Britain.
This scheme is due to finish as of 31st December 2012, and be replaced with a new scheme; however Warmer Energy Services have successfully secured funding for this until March 2013. This is allowing more households to benefit from CESP and have new boilers and external wall insulation fitted completely free of charge.
When people hear the word (Its Free) their reply is what’s the catch? Hear with Warmer Energy Services in conjunction with CESP there is:
NO catch what’s so ever!
The householder does not need to pay anything for the improvements or after sales service. Funding is in the form of a grant from CESP, which is not re-payable. The main benefit is that households can heat and insulate their homes effectively and efficiently, thus saving energy consumption and making savings.
We are proactively encouraging residents of Bootle to sign up to CESP and take full advantage of the efficiencies covered to help create a more efficient and warmer home. This work can reduce their annual energy bill by up to 40%, so why wouldn’t you get the work done?
On the day there was around 60 private residents turn up, of which we signed up 40 there and then. The remainder have arranged a meeting to discuss how this scheme will help them in more detail.
If you would like any information on the work we can offer or would like to discuss how you can benefit please give us a call on 0800 377 7755.
Here are a few pictures of the event.
