Warmer Energy Services and Acrobat hold Sefton Community Event

Warmer Energy Services recently won a Sefton Privates contract, in partnership with Acrobat Carbon Services Ltd. The contract allows Warmer Energy to offer External Wall Insulation, Boiler Replacements and Heating Controls, Loft Insulation and Draught Proofing to private properties in the Sefton area. All the works are fully funded and free of charge to the homeowner.

On Thursday 20th December 2012, Warmer Energy Services attended a community event held in St Leonard’s Community Centre in Bootle arranged by Acrobat, to inform residents of this fantastic scheme called Community Energy Savings Programme (CESP) and the benefits it holds. The turnout was of the highest standard and the residents really benefited from the information.

In attendance of the event was Clare Watkinson Team leader and Gary Fagan Site Manager, on behalf of Warmer Energy Services who informed residents of the services covered in the scheme and what they are to expect whilst the work is being completed, the end result and the lasting benefits. On the night Claire and Gary signed up a further 38 residents onto the scheme, who where delighted to hear they can receive the refit totally free of charge and make savings at the same time.

As the event was so close to Christmas, Acrobat decided to spread some holiday cheer and offered food, a raffle and gave selection boxes out to tenants. This was their way of thanking people for attending and making it an enjoyable evening.

Daniel Mackie from Acrobat comments: “The event was very well attended and we had a very positive response”.
